About the Firm

Phillip V. Urban is the founder and managing attorney of the firm. His law practice is focused on representing injured workers in the areas of personal injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability.

When Mr. Urban founded his own law practice in 2017, he envisioned it as a “one stop shop” for injured clients and their families. He took the experience he gained working at several other prominent Western New York law firms and combined that with a commitment to be accessible and responsive to clients, while giving each case the personal attention it deserves. To date, he has helped hundreds of clients maximize their recovery in the areas of personal injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability.

Mr. Urban is a Buffalo native—born and raised in the city’s historic Black Rock neighborhood. He attended McKinley High School and the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he graduated with a B.A. in Media Studies. Mr. Urban graduated with honors from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he served as an editor on the Buffalo Law Review.

In his free time, Mr. Urban enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing, boxing, and working on old cars. He is a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
